--Shipping & Handling --


GSF ships to any store or office in the 50 United States. We're sorry, but GSF does not deliver to PO, APO, or FPO Boxes. For delivery outside of the USA, please send us an email to determine if shipping is available.

The shipping method used to deliver your order depends on the product. GSF has carefully evaluated all the products it sells as it relates to weight, size and length so as to determine the most economical and best shipping method. For this reason GSF uses three forms of shipping, they are:

UPS Ground Service,Truck and
Common Carriers.

The best form of shipping and the shipping charge is identified at the time you make your purchase selection.

Delivery of most products ordered from GSF will ship out within 3 to 7 business days from the time your order is confirmed by GSF. Special orders ,large bulk orders, and items requiring special handling will take longer.


--Product Arrived Damaged! -- What Do I Do?--


For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage. We make every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following importment steps if there appears to be shipping damage:

1. Quickly contact your delivery company(UPS, Etc.) for a damage inspection report.

2. Contact GSF Customer service and request the address information of where to ship the damaged item.

3. Request that the delivery company return the merchandise to the address provided by GSF.

4. GSF will make every effort to replace your product in a timely manner.

Please note: vendor policies for handling of defective merchandise supersedes GSF policy.


--Exchange And Return Policy--


5-Day return policy
When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any proper reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from GSF, Contact us in the Customer Service and make the appropriate selection. GSF will then mail you a Return Authorization Number(RA#) and instructions on how and where to ship the item back. Upon return and receipt of the product, GSF will exchange , refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling.

All products must be returned in good condition, in the original packaging with all stickers or labeling applied to the products, parts, accessories and etc. so as to insure full credit.
Damage and missing part restocking fees may apply. Buyer shall be responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges. Buyer shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to GSF. If buyer returns a product to GSF without Return Authorization Number from GSF or beyond the 5 day period, or without the proper packaging, GSF retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge the buyer a restocking fee of 20% of purchase price.
All returned products will be subject to GSF final inspection and approval. Freight and handling charges are not refundable.

NOTE: GSF advices that when shipping back to GSF, customer should choose the same shipper as when the product was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping.


--Returned Checks--


All returned checks due to non-sufficient funds are subject to a $30 processing fee. Any checks returned due to closed accouts must be paid off immediately. Incidents of check fraud may be reported to Federal or State agency for further legal action.




--Limited Warranties--


GSF makes no warranties except those stated on the GSF quality warranty tags included with products. All items are sold with no warranty either stated or implied.




--Inspection of Product upon Receipt--


The buyer must examine the product and accessories upon receipt and let GSF know of any problems within three(3) business days. Claim for shortages or incorrect merchandise must be made in writing within five(5) day period.




--Shipping and Handling / Risk of Loss--


Product prices do not include shipping and handling charges. Unless the buyer specifies a carrier, GSF will use its discretion in selecting a reputable carrier and appropriate means of shipment. All merchandise is sold FOB GSF warehouse. In the event of product damage or loss during transit, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. GSF is not responsible for any damage or loss of merchandise during transit.



--Manufacturer's Lead Times--


Any product not available in stock regularly by GSF is considered Back Ordered Merchandise. Back ordered items will be shipped and billed separately as available. All back ordered merchandise is subject to manufacturer's approximate production times. Every effort will be made to estimate accurate production times. Any variation from the original approximation will not affect the validity of any order.
